About:

Owner Laura set out to achieve the "impossible", a fully self-sustainable, off-grid residence in the heart of bustling Newtown. Years in the making, Laura and interior designer Denby Dowling Interior Design have crafted a truly unique home with a combination of Passivehaus building principles, off-grid waste, water, and solar solutions with sustainable interior design.

Featured inside and outside the home, our French brand Roger Pradier was utilised thanks to their wide array of colour options and custom RAL colour ingenuity, all including a 25 year anti-corrosion guarantee.

As seen on Grand Designs Australia, Domain, Sydney Morning Herald.
