Design Services Pricing
Pricing for your detailed Lighting Plan varies depending on the size of the job. As a guide, it starts from $500 and is usually around $1,500 for a new home or total home renovation. A fixed price will be quoted based on your specific requirements which will include the initial draft plan followed by up to 2 revisions based on your feedback.

Once you approve the lighting plan and provide a nominal 10% deposit of the project value, you are up and running with a confirmed plan. At this time, resources can be allocated to provide end-to-end project management, samples can be provided to site, and 3 more planning revisions are available if and when needed.    

Your project experience with Special Lights will cover our service to implement and complete the 7-step process including:

- A detailed briefing & consultation

- A complete Lighting Plan from one of our qualified Lighting Designers. This detailed plan is delivered in an easy-to-use book, and includes images, product specifications, location of all lights room-by-room, and electricians installation notes to minimise any costly re-works

- Project Management

- Sourcing and delivery of products
